Photos and information you add

The app accesses photos selected through Apple’s photo picker and CSV files chosen through Files. It uses this material to create player cards, team photos, match posters and result posters. Imported images, player details, scorer entries, badges, appearance settings and drafts are stored in the app’s local storage.

Background removal and face-based positioning use Apple’s on-device image-processing frameworks. Face detection helps position a photo; it does not identify a person or create an identity profile.

Saving, sharing and ticket links

Team Studio asks for permission to add finished images to Photos. You can change this permission in your device’s Settings. Sharing to another app or service is your choice; that recipient’s privacy practices apply.

A ticket QR code is generated locally from the link you enter. Creating the code does not send information to that destination. Opening or scanning it visits the website, whose privacy policy applies.

Storage and deletion

Drafts stay on your device so you can return to them. New resets the current draft and, in Player Cards, the roster, but is not a secure deletion of every previously imported file. The shared club badge remains available until you remove it.

To remove local app data, use Delete App in Settings. Offloading may retain documents and data. Exported images remain in Photos, Files or services you shared them with and must be deleted separately. Device backups and iCloud Photos may retain copies according to your Apple settings.

Purchases and restoring access

Team Studio has an optional, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks full access. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Eligible purchasers of the earlier paid app retain full access.

Apple handles downloads and payments. We do not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password. The app uses StoreKit to load the local price, make and restore purchases, and verify access.

On your device, the app checks Apple-signed purchase information, including the product identifier, purchase or revocation status, app identifier and original app version. This determines eligibility for the unlock or earlier paid-app access. The app does not send this information to a developer-operated server or combine it with photos or player details. Checks and restoration may communicate with Apple.

Deleting the app does not erase Apple’s purchase records. Restore eligible access with the Apple Account used for purchase. Apple may provide App Store sales and financial reports to the developer. See App Store & Privacy for Apple’s handling of purchases.

Photos of other people

Use and share only photos and player information you are authorised to use, particularly when creating images of children. These photos and details do not reach us unless you include them in a support message.

Support and privacy requests

If you email info@wolfisland.studio, your email address, message and attachments are used to respond and resolve the issue. Email providers process these messages to deliver and store them. Send only what is needed and remove private information from screenshots.

Support correspondence is retained for handling the request and necessary follow-up. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Information may need to be retained where legally required.

This website

This website has no advertising, contact form or analytics added by WolfIsland Studio. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect it. Email links open your email app; no message is submitted through this site.
